Yanezic was educated at Poljane Grammar School, Ljubljana, and the University of Ljubljana where she graduated with a degree in Economics. She started dancing at the age of eight and studied ballet at Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory, the secondary institution of the Ljubljana Academy of Music. After receiving a grant she studied ballet at the Royal Academy of Dance, London, and modern dance at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, with musical theatre at the London Studio Centre. In her career as a professional dancer she has performed with various ballet and Contemporary dance companies as well as appeared in many music videos for major UK and USA recording artists, commercials, performed as a dancer at music awards, such as Brit Awards, Smash Hits.
Yanezic has appeared in theatre, as an actress in various UK TV dramas since 2001, including Wire In The Blood, Casualty (TV series), The Bill, Night and Day, Waking The Dead, The Saint, Johnny English, Royal Television Society award winning film 'Who's Afraid Of The Water Sprite?', computer game The Getaway: Black Monday and has voiced documentaries for BBC and ABC.
