Rev William Goh Seng Chye (June 25, 1957 - ) is the fourth and current Rector of St Francis Xavier Major Seminary in Singapore. He was ordained as a priest on May 1, 1985 by the later Archbishop Gregory Yong. On 29 December 2012, the Singapore Archbishop House announced that Fr. William Goh would be appointed the next Archbishop of Singapore. He would be the second Singapore-born clergyman to hold the office of Archbishop.

Fr. Goh will received his Episcopal Consecration in February 2013 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Fr. Goh was educated at both Montfort Junior and Secondary schools..

The Cathedral of the Good Shepherd will be the seat of Fr. Goh, after his episcopal consecration.
