The Wilcomoto was founded in Herefordshire (UK) by Thomas Henry Wilcox and his sons, Brian Michael and Stephen Wilcox. The Wilcomoto was an all British made motocross Bike and was manufactured in Holme Lacy by Wilcox & Sons in the early eighties. The Wilcomoto used a unique single shock absorber that utilised a unique damping system that continually recirculated the oil which aided cooling and kept shock performance consistent.


Front suspension

Hydraulic, 42mm telescopic air forks. Magnesium sliders and yokes, 330mm travel.

260mm hydraulically operated disc brake.

3.00 x 21 tyre.

Rear suspension

Aluminium extrusion, needle roller bearings, central shock absorber, total recirculatory system, 330mm travel.

150mm drum brake.

5.00 x 18 tyre.
