Ladies 1%ers Motorcycle Club

Ladies 1%ers Motorcycle Club is a worldwide "one-percenter" motorcycle club belonging to women for the first time in the history of outlaw motorcycle clubs. The club was formed by a man and a group of ladies in 2012, soon after it was welcomed by many men and women, organizations and groups, charities and clubs including one percenters. The club intends to operate in fourty countries. Its motto is Ladies Love Loyalty. Common nicknames for the club are the "Black & Purple", "Black & Purple Family Worldwide", "L1" and "121" (L being the twelfth letter of the alphabet).

Ladies 1%ers MC Australia which is the Australian chapter of the Ladies 1%ers Worldwide was formally registered and approved in Australia on 26 November 2012 [1] and chapter Virginia Beach on 3rd December 2012 was also formally registered and approved in the stated of Virginia in the United States of America.[2]

At the moment only ladies can join the club. However, this one percenter club believes in friendship and unity between all motorcycle clubs. Ladies 1%ers does not consider itself just as a motorcycle club for sport, but also as a wider organization to promote educational and cultural aspects of the societies. The club also fights for human rights especially for women and children's rights.

This worldwide organization has many male and female supporters. Some of the supporters have created a facebook page for each country of the club. The support patch designs of these fourty countries have been given to those supporters by the club. Male and female supporters usually upload the support patch logo as their profile picture on facebook. Ladies 1%ers and their supporters always end their comments with LL&L which means ladies love loyalty.[3]
