Now if I solve known equation electrostatic force at bohr radius over here, and I find $ F_e=x $, and if I solve estakhr's equation of force over here and find$ F_e=x $, I know estakhr's theory is free of anomalies because there should only be one value for $ F_e $. On one side of the equation you got $ F_e\simeq 82.38722825*10^{9}N $ And you got the matching number on the other side. It would prove estakhr's theory was free of anomalies.
