Valeria Vorobieva (born October 13, 1988 in Leningrad) is a Russian figure skater. She competed internationally for Russia on the junior level as a single skater, coached by Alexei Urmanov.[1] In 2007, she teamed up with French skater Jérôme Blanchard to compete as a pairs team for Russia, coached by Oleg Vasiliev.[2] They were unable to compete internationally because the French skating federation refused to release Blanchard.[2] Vorobieva joined the Russian Ice Stars in 2011.[3][4]
