Teiler Robinson (born Septemeber 23, 1991) is the American-born Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Jett-Set Fashion and the soon to be released FAQTOR Fashion Book. She also works as a published Journalist and Fashion Stylist. Her particular taste in high-quality Garments, and detailed critiques have earned her the nickname, “The Fashion Snob”. Teiler’s career in Journalism began at the age of 14 with The Free Lance-Star newspaper in Virginia.

Early Life Teiler Robinson was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1991 to a military family. She began formal training in Ballet, tap and theater and was tested as a scholar at the age of five. She is of African American and European descent. Career Free Lance-Star and Quantico Sentry After showing a talent for writing at a very early age and editing her school’s Photography and Literary Magazine, Teiler began writing for a major Virginia newspaper, The Free Lance-Star, at the age of 14, where she interviewed notable celebrities such as Lynda Erkiletian (Real Housewives of DC) and rapper Hurricane Chris amongst other professionals. In 2006, she wrote a story on eating disorders in both men and women, and gained national attention for bringing awareness to the subject. By 15, Teiler was also writing for The Quantico Sentry, a newspaper published for Marine Corps base Quantico. That same year, she also became a regular, weekly columnist for the Free Lance-Star with her column, Datebook. Jett-Set Fashion After continuing as a newspaper columnist and correspondent for four years, Teiler left the Free Lance-Star when she graduated from high school in 2009. In 2010, Teiler created Jett-Set Fashion, a style and culture radar with the tagline “Curating top-notch fashion, lifestyle and Culture”. Jett-Set Fashion began gaining viewership from readers around the world. Her Fashion Critiques, styling tips, event coverage and exclusive features and interviews would catapult the website to international fame. Jett-Set Fashion also led to the increasing popularity of its creator who was then featured in PMc Magazine, publication of iconic Photographer, Patrick McMullan, among many other websites, newspapers and magazines. FAQTOR Fashion Book FAQTOR Fashion book is the upcoming Quarterly Magazine that was created as a supplement to Jett-Set Fashion. FAQTOR is a global fashion collective that brings together contributors, photographers, models and designers, both new and established, into one magazine. FAQTOR Fashion book is set to launch on January with an introductory preview issue and will solidify Teiler Robinson’s place as one of the youngest Magazine Editors. Personal Fashion preferences Teiler has been quoted as saying she loves classic wardrobe staples mixed with unique, Avant-Garde, edgy and modern elements. She is also widely recognized for her love of fur, leather, skirts and sunglasses. Politics Robinson is reportedly a supporter of President Obama, attends many political events, including the Congressional Black Caucus, and is also a member of the “Young Ambassadors” based in Washington, D.C., where she is the Co-Founder of their book club, “Tea Bags and Literati”, along with the National Chair of the National Congress of Black Women, Dr. Williams, Esq. Music Teiler has produced and released a number of mixes to an international audience in collaboration with DJ oGuia of Bulgaria via Jett-Set Fashion and other music-related websites. The mixes received mostly positive reviews and Robinson has stated that she would like to do more in the Electronic music industry in the near future. Modeling In 2011, Robinson modeled for Viparo Clothing based out of Sydney, Australia and is currently preparing to be the face of new cosmetics brand, Hip Chick.
