Teen Dino Chomp is DoS attack software. This software floods the specified computer's network with UDP packets with random sets of data. These requests will force the target's network to send ICMP Destination Unreachable packets. After a short while this extremely slows most legitimate network traffic. With the correct firewall settings these unwanted UDP Packets can be ignored.
