The discography of American recording artist Simone Battle has released ten YouTube videos, four singles and one music video.
She is most notable for competing on a FOX reality TV talent compition The X Factor created by Simon Cowell. Cowell has also noted Battle as being one of his favorite contestants that he has mentored. She is a new member of The Pussycat Dolls line along with Lauren Bennett, Natasha Slayton, Natalie Mejia and Paula Van Oppen. Battle replaced Amanda Brandche in the new line-up. In August 2012 publicity photos showed the 'new' line-up including Simone Battle replacing Branche.Battle has also recently signed to record labels Interscope and A&M Records. Her hit single "He Likes Boys" was released online on October 24, 2011. It was written by Brian Kennedy, Ester Dean, Brett James, Dante Jones It was produced by Brian Kennedy and Ester Dean. Upon Steve Jones' announcement that she had been eliminated from The X Factor, Battle plugged the online release of her new music video "He Likes Boys." She was the only contestant on the show to release a music prior to their elimination. The video has received both positive and negative feedback from fans. The video was shot and directed by Shane McLafferty. Battle has her own YouTube channel called simicocopop and currently writes and records music on it.
