An SGML name, in computers, consists of one name start character followed by zero or more name characters for a maximum of 8 characters in total (defined by the NAMELEN quantity in the reference concrete syntax, inferred by the value of QUANTITY).
Valid name start characters are "a-z","A-Z". Valid name characters are "a-z","A-Z","0-9",".","-"
