Nnanna Amuchie (Born 11 January 1985) from Imo State, Nigeria better known by his stagename Ras Ablaze is an African and half Jamaican rapper, song writer, painter and motivational speaker.



Early Life

Nnanna Amuchie who was born in Enugu State, Nigeria. He was the third child of three children in an Igbo family in the university town of Nsukka in Enugu State. His influence came from the Jamaican Rasta movement and hiphop culture in California. He is mostly known for his single “Love Me” by PrettyBoi, as well as the well received remix to this same single featuring Ice Prince.[1] While he was growing up, his father, Fidelis Agu Amuchie, was a professor of Health and Physical Education at the University of Nigeria, and his late mother, Lois Ifeoma, was a Pharmacist. His family's ancestral village is in Mbaise, Imo state. Amuchie is known in Los Angeles, California.

Educational Background

His first degree was in Fine and Applied Arts and then he completed a Master degree in Art history at University of Nigeria, Nsukka before leaving for Australia. He later moved to Indonesia and is a part of the hiphop community there. He is also a shotokan karate black belt.
