RaiaDrogasil (BM&F Bovespa: RADL3) is the largest drugstore company in Brazil and in Latin America. The company was formed in 2011 from the merger of drugstore companies Droga Raia and Drogasil. Currently Droga Raia and Drogasil are two distinct flags drugstores.
The company has 776 drugstores in nine Brazilian States, being 413 branded as Droga Raia and 372 branded as Drogasil and has more than 13.000 employees.
Raia Drogasil took the title of largest Brazilian drugstore from Drogaria Sao Paulo,but a month later the Drogaria São Paulo merged its operations with the Drogaria Pacheco, forming the Drogarias DPSP and returning to be the largest drugstore company in Brazil, but today RaiaDrogasil is the largest by revenue. Currently Drogarias DPSP, Pague Menos and Brazil Pharma its the main Raia Drogasil competitors.
