Rahmatullah Baheryab Hazara (born August 8, 1969) is a Pakistani scholar and intellectual. Born in Quetta, he has expertise in current social and political issues and has written many newspaper articles and has presented research papers on international relations at seminars and conferences. He is known as an expert in South Asian studies. After 9/11 Rahmatullah focused his attention on the subject of terrorism. His book in Urdu, Osama aur rai aama (Osama and public opinion), was published in Lahore in 2003.
