Puneet Dixit was born on 17 November 1990 in Jabalpur into a Hindu Brahmin family to Sharad Dixit ,who originally hails from Jabalpur, Madhya pradeshdesh and runs a Collage Training Center for children in Jabalpur And A Very Faimous Journlist. He gained his early training in music from his Grandfather and learned to play the piano & Harmonium from him. After completing his schooling at khalsa' School and college education at JCCC College, he went to a music school. At Jabalpur he was the Social Services Secretary of the Students Union run by the Independents' Consolidation (IC) led by the General Secretary. In January 2009, Puneet joined the Programming Classes in Jabalpur to undertake a course in sound recording and sound engineering.
