[b]Phu Tost-ya[/b] also known as Phu-Tostya is a flat bread usually eaten in eastern tost-ya. It is commonly eaten in Sofilorric days accompained with some fruits or tost-ya. Some of the tribes who consume this bread say that Siddharta Buddha ate this every day when he was in the palace.
