Haugg was born in João Pessoa, Paraíba. He is the son of Janne Mariano (née Oliveira) and Isaias Mariano, a businessman. Haugg was raised in a conservative Protestantism family.
Haugg attended Team High School in João Pessoa for his freshman year, before his family moved to Los Angeles, California, where attended Bancroft Middle School and finally São Paulo where he completed high school on school Colégio Rio Branco. During high school, he developed a passion for acting, but not participated theatre on school, because he believed was a passenger. However, Haugg stated: "my life improves every time wins a new experience". Haugg is said to be curious in the area of communication and does not relieve temporary opportunity than extra work. Haugg dropped out of Teatro O Tablado in Rio de Janeiro, which participated since 2010. Haugg enrolled at Escola Superior de Artes Celia Helena in São Paulo in November 2010, to study Performing Arts because of his passion for acting, after attending the selection process and approved, he discovered that his passion is acting in film and TV, and not Theatre, abandoning graduation the Performing Arts, enrolled at the College Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo, in August 2011, where his planned major was Radio & TV, motivated by passion in communication, also did not expect the time to start his great passion, graduation in Film Studies at the same college, in January 2012, in start of classes, Haugg suspend their enrollment in college. To earn money, Haugg worked as an assistant producer at Radio Jovem Pan in São Paulo.
During his free time, he was approached by a scout at a shopping in São Paulo, and was recruited to work as a model, but was not very successful and dropped out of modeling.
Haugg took part in a series Brazilian Malhação during two episodes with the character "Eduardo" in 2010, and in United States, Haugg had stakes in the Disney Channel series and Fox (2008-2010). Haugg was invited to the cast a series of major Brazilian, although he auditioned but was not cast for the role of sheriff in "High Tide" (2012). Currently Haugg is recording a series in which is producer and actor, not been confirmed, but suspected comments of direction says will premiere in 2014, the direction keep in secret name of the series, will be disclosed only in January 2014 on HBO Brazil.
After returning to São Paulo, Haugg received an invitation to the main cast in the theater with the spectacle "Estamos dentro!" which premiered in 2010, lasting 5 months, also starred in the theater in 2010 with the show "5 é demais!", a comedy crazy. In 2011, Haugg received special invitation of actress and producer Mariana Lemmos to cameo in the play "Dia após Dia", a comedy that debuted in January 2010, in Rio de Janeiro, after the premiere of the show in August 2010 in São Paulo, in January 2011 Haugg had cameo with the character "Oscar Cool."
Haugg is fluent in both English, Portuguese and Spanish, and currently divides his time living in São Paulo and João Pessoa with his parents, his younger sister Eyenne.
In 2006, Haugg met and began an affair with a britishfashion designerAshley Miller at a party during the holidays in João Pessoa, Haugg kept the relationship a secret for years. In November 2012, Haugg and Miller ended the relationship.
Haugg has invested in her career shortly after its discovery in an Brazilian teen magazine in 2008, and too with an interview to magazine teens UK.
