Background

Phase 2 International was founded in March of 2002. [6] Its stated mission is to take advantage of the ongoing transformation in the business software environment from purchased to "cloud" software models. [4] In April of 2008, the company introduced a reseller program to supplement their application offerings. [11] Phase2's CEO is Kevin Doherty. [4]
