The Noonday Collection is a collection of fair-trade jewelry, home goods and gifts sold online and through trunk shows. The company was founded by Jessica Honegger. After visiting Uganda in 2010, Honegger wanted to create sustainable income opportunities for the Ugandan people. She began selling fair trade goods in Austin, Texas. The company, Noonday Collection has expanded and is now sold all over the U.S. by individual representatives called Amabassadors.

The collection has also expanded and sells fair trade items from artisans all over the world. Countries like Madagascar, Peru, India, Guatemala and more. The Noonday Collection gives a global marketplace to artisans who might not otherwise be able to sell their handmade items anywhere else but their own country.

The handmade fair trade items sold fall into the following categories: Jewelry Home and Gift Accessories

The company also helps families raise money for adoptions through trunk shows.
