Nima Yamini (born September 3rd, 1980), an American entrepreneur and radio personality/DJ. Yamini was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1980 to Iranian American parents, his father Amir Yamini was of Persian ancestry, his mother Mitra Motlagh of Azeri and Israeli ancestry. Yamini was named after the poet Nima Yooshij who is considered the father of modern Persian poetry. Yamini's family left Iran in 1979 after the Iranian Revolution and fled to the United States, he is related to noble peace prize winner Shirin Ebadi (mother Minu Yamini).

Yamini began working in New York City nightclubs in 2006, eventually made a transition into the music industry and a founder of the concert brand 'Avenue A Soundcheck' which would produce, promote and organize concerts. In June, 2012 Avenue A Soundcheck started a weekly broadcast on Eminem's Shade 45 channel on Sirius/XM top rated show 'Whoolywood Shuffle' in 2012 with host DJ Whoo Kid which would have celebrities and musicians come for interviews and live performances.

Yamini was hosting a party in New York City scandal involving the grandson of Princess Grace of Monaco, billionaire shipping heir and Paris Hilton ex Stavos Niarchos, Adam Hock with super models Natasha Poly, Jessica Hart, Anja Rubik and Valentina Zelyaeva brawl.
