Mariam Al Saedi (born 1974) is an Emirati short story writer. She was born in Al Ain and studied English Literature at UAE University. She has also studied at Aberdeen University and the American University of Sharjah.

Al Saedi has published two books of short stories to date, one of which has been translated into German. Denys Johnson-Davies included one of her stories in In a Fertile Desert, his anthology of Emirati literature. Her work has also appeared in English translation in two issues of Banipal magazine.[1] She was a participant in the 2010 IPAF Nadwa.[2]

Al Saedi lives in Al Ain, where she works as a civil servant.[3]
