The purpose of this wiki is the same that of Wikipedia, it is to create an encyclopedia which is a comprehensive summary of information from all branches of knowledge.

The only difference between the Wikipedia and this wiki is that we do not have the same criteria for deletion. We want to cover all the artists, actors, athletes and companies that Wikipedia does not want to document. So together with Wikipedia we will have comprehensive knowledge, because Wikipedia deletes so much.

Did you ever have a Wikipedia article you worked on deleted and did not have a backup? Did you feel frustrated like me? You are in the right place.
Did you ever search for some local band, your favorite author, actor or theory and did not find anything on it in Wikipedia? You are in the right place.
Well now we have a backup of articles that will be deleted. My script (https://github.com/h4ck3rm1k3/wikiteam/) runs every ten minutes and collects all articles that are in danger of being deleted.

This project was started in June 2012‎.

Please read before you edit

• We don't delete pages of public figures, artists, and anyone else engaged in public life. We do delete articles about kids and private citizens.
• If you submit any data to Wikipedia or this site you lose ownership of it
• We are not a Wikipedia editing agency, and no, we cannot help you get your article back on Wikipedia.

Privacy statement

If you would like to have an slanderous or negative article about you removed, just message H4ck3rm1k3.

If you are a public person, a public company and the article is not negative or biased, we will not delete it for no reason, see Speedy deletion Wiki:Will not delete.

All articles that are attacking people personally, or just random junk pages, or ones that promote violence or illegal things will be deleted. Keep it clean!

Help out!

You are invited to help research these articles, basically what I am doing is looking for the person in question, on Twitter, Facebook, websites and contacting them, asking them to contribute more info to the article. Make sure to check out our recent blog posts.

Feel free to add in pictures, videos, links and categories. I aim to make this wiki a place for what Wikipedia considers "non-notable" so let's make it look good.

I hope to take these articles and use them to feed into other wiki sites and also fosm.org / openstreetmap.org with business data.

This wiki is not Wikipedia, but a collection of Creative Commons data, so add what you own yourself and are willling to license under Creative Commons. See also the disclaimer.
