Lojas CEM is a Brazilian retailer company based in Salto, São Paulo, Brazil, the company is one of the largest and most profitable retail company in Brazil. It was founded in 1954 by entrepreneur Remígio Dalla Vecchia. The company is currently owned by Remígio's three sons.
The company has 200 stores located in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Paraná, in addition has one distribution center located in Salto.  Lojas CEM competes with giants such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Máquina de Vendas and Magazine Luíza but but has smaller competitors like Cybelar and Lojas Colombo.
