Laurette Koellner is an American business executive who is currently the Executive Chairman of International Lease Finance Corporation, the global market leader in leasing commercial jet aircraft. She served in a wide variety of executive positions at The Boeing Company, including Executive Vice President and Member of the Office of the Chairman, President of Boeing International, President of Connexion by Boeing®, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, President of Shared Services, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Internal Audit.

Until her selection to serve in an Executive role at ILFC, she was an independent Director of American International Group (AIG), having joined post-TARP at the request of the U. S. government Trustees, and served as Chairman of the Regulatory and Compliance Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Koellner is also an independent Director of Hillshire Brands (f/k/a The Sara Lee Corporation) (Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Governance and Nominating Committee) and an independent Director of Celestica, Inc. (Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation and Governance committees.)

She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, serves on the University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Business Dean's Executive Council, and is a member of the Midwest Audit Committee Network sponsored by E&Y.

Koellner earned her bachelor's degree in business management from UCF and her MBA from Stetson University. She holds a Certified Professional Contracts Manager designation (in the field of defense acquisition regulations) from the National Contracts Management Association (highest exam score in the nation, recertified in 2008). In 2003, Koellner was inducted into the UCF College of Business Hall of Fame; in 2005, she was presented with the University’s Distinguished Alumnus Award. In 2007 she was honored with the Catherine McAuley Extraordinary Executive Leader award and simultaneously inducted into the Catherine McAuley Hall of Fame. In 2011, Koellner was awarded Stetson University’s Distinguished Alumnus Award.
