Samuel Kirichu is a statistician from Kenya. He was born in Nyeri County and Schooled at Ihururu and Chereta Primary Schools before proceeding to Ngumo Secondary School in Laikipia County. He later joined Maseno University to pursue a Bachelor of Science (Applied Statistics) and graduated with a First Class Honors Degree in 2008, in 2009 he joined the University of Nairobi to Pursue a Master of Science Degree in Social Statistics where he graduated in 2011. His MSc Thesis was "Modeling Time to Sexual Debut among the Kenyan Youth - An Application of COX-Regression Model". He has also pursued a Diploma of Theology from the Presbyterian University of East Africa. His areas of interest in Statistics include: Survival Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and Sampling.
