Justin Elicker is an Alderman in the city of New Haven, Connecticut in the United States, with special interests in government transparency, education reform, budget management, economic growth, and environmental-friendly urban planning. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Forestry and currently an environmental policy consultant. Previous to this, he worked for five years in the US State Department in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He is skilled in Chinese and also speaks some Spanish.
