Jennifer graduated from Fairfield University in 2002, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ in 2010. Before making the decision to attend law school, Jennifer was a entrepreneur and businesswoman founding successful businesses in Fair Haven and in Monmouth Beach, NJ. As a dedicated businesswoman, she continued to work full-time while attending law school in the evenings.
Early legal work
Prior to joining the Law Firm of John A. Patti, Jennifer completed a judicial clerkship with Honorable Siobhan A. Teare, J.S.C. in the Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. During her clerkship, Jennifer was responsible for researching and drafting orders and opinions for various family and matrimonial matters regarding child support, child custody, parenting time, distribution of assets and college expenses. She is also Certified through the Administrative Office of the Courts in Mediation and Conciliation Skills, and regularly mediated custody, parenting time and child support issues.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the NJSBA Young Lawyers’ Division.
Jennifer lives in Central New Jersey.
