Jean-François Lénogue (born November 29, 1972) is a French professional mixed martial artist, actor, stunt performer and free runner[2] who has fought for PRIDE, BAMMA, Cage Rage, Shooto and Pancrase. Lénogue is best known for his rivalries with former Cage Rage Welterweight Champion and UFC fighter Mark Weir, KSW prospect Andre Reinders and GBG MMA BJJ and Judo trainer Bruno Carvalho-Gomes.
