The Institute on Religious Deathcare and Spiritual Healing (IRDSH) is an American non-profit organization that sponsors an ethical framework for deathcare providers, which is endorsed by clergy, congregations, individuals and other organizations. The institute, similarly, promotes the completion of decedent directives for the fulfillment of individual wishes and the preservation of decedent rights.

IRDSH works with congregations, clergy, and medical institutions to preserve the dignity of the dead and the rights of the bereaved. The institute works in partnership with environmental, religious, and social organizations to promote justice and ethical practices. IRDSH educates communities about alternatives to American death customs and empowers them to be active agents in deathcare. The Institute on Religious Deathcare and Spiritual Healing is a multi-faith organization that respects diverse spiritual traditions and seeks healing through communal collaborations.
