International Building Systems (IBS) Company for Contracting is a subsidiary of the Nesma Group Companies. It was established in 1410H (January 1990G) under Saudi C.R. No. 4030070375, initially to undertake building construction projects. Since then, thanks to the experience gained from diversified activities, it has built its reputation in the civil, mechanical and electrical fields, as well as high quality woodworks and furniture manufacturing.

IBS has been constantly developing with time and perceiving the potential to further expand using the latest technology and know-how. IBS has executed, accomplished and delivered a large number of projects ‘on time’ in both private and public sectors all over the Kingdom

IBS is a member of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce (No. 33292), registered under the Saudi Ministry of Public Works (No. 9828) as a Level-II Contractor, certified by Saudi ARAMCO and Madinah Central Area Committee; the company is further registered with SABIC, SCECO, and other Organizations, and as such it has been successfully operating in Saudi Arabia for the last 19 years.
