Galaxy Sessions EP is the cancelled second self-release from the band Something Corporate. It was scheduled for release in 2001. It is still unknown why the EP was never released, though apparently given to members of Something Corporate's mailing list who sold more than five tickets to the band's May 11, 2001, show at House of Blues Anaheim. The 7-song EP contained demos of songs that appeared on their later albums, such as "iF U C Jordan" and "Punk Rock Princess", which was then titled "Heroine". The songs "Wait" and "Letters to Noelle" were rerecorded for the second disc of Played in Space: The Best of Something Corporate, the band's greatest hits CD released in 2010.

After the local success of their first self-released album, Ready... Break, the band members realized that there was high demand for new songs. Andrew McMahon, the lead singer and pianist, wrote the EP with the help of close friend Josh Partington. The only way it can be found is on multiple torrent sites. Even though the songs were never officially made public, McMahon sometimes plays them at concerts and shows with the band and with his sideproject, Jack's Mannequin.
