Feroz Afridi (Urdu: Pashto:فيروز أفريدي; ) is a Pakhtun enthusiast living in Qatar. He is well known in the pashtun community for his services. He is also a renowned poet and a song writer. One of his famous work was rahim shah's song Ya Qurban.
Feroz afridi, a Seppai Afridi hailing from Bara Khyber Agency village Speen Qabar was moved to Qatar in 1984. He was servingthen as general manager of Al Reda Trading and Contracting Company (now unicorn). He was selected as president of Pak Pakhto Adabi Tolana in 1993. He also serves as the member of board of governor Pakistan Education Centre Doha Qatar and as general secretary Pakistan Muslim League Qatar. In addition to it, he is the vice president of Pak Youth Society Qatar and was recently selected as president of World Pakhtuns Foundation, which is a global educational organization. His name was selected for the Who and Who directory for the year 2001. Gulf Times and, the Peninsula Qatar carried his interviews while The Voice of America and radio Qatar have also aired his views on different literary and cultural issues.The Pak Pakhto Adabi Tolana a literary organization in Qatar formed in 1984 has done 10 books in Pashto language under his dynamic supervision.
