Products

The ShipHawk Platform features four components:[3]

  • ShipHawk Intelligence Engine gives access to a broad and diverse carrier marketplace: LTL, parcel, and specialty services; automatic selection of the best transportation partner by price, type, or service level; and recommends both packing methods and packaging materials in selection.
  • ShipHawk Dashboard centralizes operations by offering a single place for visibility to all of your shipments' statuses; simplified exception processing; and includes transaction handling for manually placing orders.
  • ShipHawk API connects disparate platforms with a reliable 2-way RESTful API that supports critical business needs; communicates with eCommerce suite and back-end systems; and affords a simple integration, even for legacy platforms.
  • ShipHawk Extension for Magento links product data to the ShipHawk Intelligence Engine for real-time pricing in cart.
