Stacy Berman is a certified fitness trainer[1], nutrition specialist and founder of Stacy’s Bootcamp, a New York based, outdoor bootcamp-style fitness program.[2] She holds both ACE and NASM certifications.[3] The program is most notable for its differing exercises and outdoor terrain. She is also the creator of the fitness program, The Body Mind Project, which combines exercise and meditation.[4]


Stacy has been educating people on fitness, diet and leading a balanced life for over 17 years.[5] Stacy has trained in Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, kickboxing and bootcamp drills.[6] She also trains in yoga, rope jumping, running, long distance biking, and sports drills.[7]

Stacy also founded Stacy’s Bootcamp, an outdoor bootcamp-style fitness program that focuses on strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, core and experience training.[8] Workouts consist of pushups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, etc.[9] Testing days are incorporated to monitor participants’ progress.[10]

In 2009, Stacy created The Body Mind Project, a program that combines exercise and meditation.[11] A total body approach to fitness that focuses on developing inner sources of strength, endurance and flexibility while centering the mind.[12]
