Muhammad Tahir Javed is a Pakistani born, American business magnate, entrepreneur, philanthropist, investor and a television personality. He is the president and founder of various businesses within the wholesale, FMCG, healthcare, agriculture and real estate industry. His extravagant lifestyle, outspoken manner and success has made him a well-known businessman throughout United states and Pakistan. Muhammad Tahir Javed originally established his reputation as the founder and president of Starco Impex Inc. a wholesale & distribution company and one of the biggest suppliers of FMCG to convenience stores and later explored in different ventures. Till date Muhammad Tahir Javed owns around 27 companies, 35 brands and the numbers just keeps growing every year.

By putting in long hours and taking many calculated risks, their convenience store business increased in numbers. Muhammad Tahir Javed began exploring other ways to grow their business. While visiting California, he discovered a bunch of Dollar Stores and started their own Dollar store concept in Texas. After their first store in Beaumont, their Dollar stores grew and expanded throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. He realized that additional revenue could be made by supplying their stores with merchandize, so they opened a wholesale warehouse in Beaumont, Texas. As their wholesale business flourished and expanded, the need for product became an issue. He expanded their company into buying bulk and reselling to wholesalers nationwide and that's when in 1992, Starco Impex Inc came in existence. Riceland Farms Business Strategy

Early 2015, Muhammad Tahir Javed wrote a program to uplift the lifestyle for the cattle growers in South East Texas. Since Cattle growing is the main occupation for locals in South East Texas his program helped the local cattle growers to earn more money and sell their cattle for 10 – 15 % more than they would had anticipated. The reason being the cattle was being purchased locally thus saving the shrinkage and auction costs associated with it. In his leadership for Riceland Farms, the group purchased 500+ Acres of land in South East Texas and just mere presence made major amount of people commit to raise more than $100 Million for this project where they purchase the cattle and run a meat processing facility. This is a unique type of business where Muhammad Tahir Javed made sure that not only the investors and the owners of this project made money but it also changed the lifestyle of the local growers. His out of box thinking and great vision has put a new heart in the cattle growing business.

Starco DSD

In 2013, Muhammad Tahir Javed designed a customized DSD Program for the second largest convenience store chain in the USA. His DSD program played a major role in the Circle K store execution. It not only gave them an opportunity to standardize and improve execution at their shelves but also helped that particular region to increase the sales by an extra $ million. The program started with 300 odd stores and increased to 700 stores as of the last update and the number just keeps growing.
