Jason Adelman; October 30, 1977, is an American actor, entrepreneur and licensed healthcare provider by the Department of Health and Social Services. Adelman studied acting on an invitation only acting class held in Studio City, California taught by Titanic actor Danny Nucci, which included a select group of actors which included Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Sarah Gilbert. In 1995-1998 he attended California State University of Northridge, while majoring in Theatre Arts with a minor in Business.

Adelman made his screen debut, alongside actor Kirk Cameron and first meeting actress Mary Steenburgen, on Back to The Future the Trilogy.[1]. His television career took off filming dozens of national commercials in the 1980’s and 1990’s. His film career began in earnest a year later with a small role in the low-budget movie Shock’ Em Dead, with cult legend Tracy Lords and Troy Donahue [2]. Following this film, he landed several television and movie roles in the 1990’s including CBS After School Special, Between Mother and Daughter, playing Zach, costarring alongside Dan Laura of the Wonder Years [3], which later won an Emmy for the series [4]. He starred in a then, controversial film Must Be The Music, alongside Milo Ventimiglia, playing Michael Johnson which was included in a compilation film, titled Boys Life 2 with Vincent di' onofrio [5]. Adelman the took on roles in Carnosaur 2 as Davey Lewis alongside Deer Hunter actor John Savage [6]. He later filmed The Gift, which he was chosen by director and actress Laura Dern to play Mary Steenburgen’s son, Michael (reuniting Steenburgen and Adelman from Back to the Future the trilogy)[7].

Due to Adelman’s success, he was noticed by Beverly Hills 90210 actress Jenny Garth and was rquested to play her brother, Jared, in Danielle Steel’s Star [8]. Adelman then guest starred in The Client, playing Lance Cater, alongside acclaimed actor James Cromwell [9]. Adelman filmed several popular television shows including: Moesha, playing David Perry as well as S Club 7 [10]. In the 2000’s, he had a recurring guest starring role in NBS’s American Dreams, playing Bobby Maher [11]. Adelman, alongside Samaire Armstong, starred in Daniel Powter’s Bad Day video, which according to Wikipedia, was ranked within the top 8 videos of 2006 and currently has nearly 50 Million views on YouTube [12].

Adelman currently is an entrepreneur owning several hospitals, nursing homes, insurance companies and properties world wide. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Adelman is noted to be one of the wealthiest celebrities netting approximately $30 million for his work as an entrepreneur and actor [13].

In January of 2015, Adelman proposed to Karina Sminroff of Dancing With the Stars fame after the two began dating after meeting at a Christmas part in 2013 held by celebrity and Adelman's friend Maria Menounos[14]. The two were engaged for several months but was called off March of 2015 [15]
