Custom Toll Free is an American corporation headquartered in Mill Creek, WA that provides services predominantly related to marketing through its Toll free numbers.[1] It is a marketing platform which helps different companies and individuals navigate using premium toll free vanity numbers.[2][3] Toll free numbers are easy to manage and market, and have been used to gain a competitive advantage.[4] It is a privately held company with services delivered all over the United States.[5] The company’s aim is to support different companies that want to promote their business via premium toll free numbers.[6]

Company formation

Christopher Rugh founded Rugly Group, Inc. [1] and launched Custom Toll Free in 1997. However, the official DBA Custom Toll Free was not established until 2004. Now Custom Toll Free has grown to become one of the nation’s leading vanity telephone number search firm.[7]


The Puget Sound Business Journal has named The Rugly Group d.b.a Custom Toll Free as a 2011 Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Company.[6][8] Custom Toll Free and the other companies listed were profiled in the October 14, 2011 special publication and honored at an event on October 12, 2011 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA.[6][8]
