Connecticut Policy Institute

The Connecticut Policy Institute is an independent non-partisan think tank on Connecticut government. It was founded by Tom Foley in 2011. The Institute describes its mission as “developing responsible, research driven public policy for Connecticut.”

The CPI’s work has focused on economic policy and education policy.It has released papers on job creation, education reform, ballot initiatives, and pension reform.
