Colornoise is a Costa Rican alternative rock duo formed by Sonya Carmona and Alison Alvarado in 2009. Their style is commonly referred to as "industrial grunge"[1][2] although the music is mainly characterized by elements of experimental and stoner rock as well as post-punk.[3][4][5]

In March 2010 the band launched their debut 8-track album "Fake Apocalypse"[6] under Automata Records.[7]
