Thomas F. Henry Jr, an African-American prelate, is the pastor of Christian Life Church (located in Albany and Dawson, Georgia) and the Founding Primate of the Apostolic Communion of Churches.

Bishop Henry was raise to episcopal rank in 2005. He is a leader in pentecostal movement and a promoter of ecumenism of the pentecostal, convergence and historical churches.
