Ben Lamb (born 24 January 1989), is a British actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Anthony Rivers in the upcoming television series The White Queen, to be broadcast by the BBC and Starz Network in 2013.
Having graduated from Eton College, Lamb joined the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain for the original stage production of 20 Cigarettes at the Soho Theatre, London. Following this, he attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London for three years, and upon graduating, he was cast alongside John Simm, Michelle Dockery and John Nettles in Sheffield Crucible Theatre's production of Hamlet in 2010. Work for Shakespeare's Globe soon followed - playing Silvius, Le Beau, Charles the Wrestler and Audrey in As You Like It - as did a cameo in the second series of the BBC's courtroom drama, Silk.
In 2012, Lamb was cast as Percy Shelley in Shared Experience's inaugural production of Mary Shelley written by Helen Edmundson, and shortly after the curtains closed, the role of Anthony Rivers in The White Queen beckoned.
