Back to the Point are a Punk Rock/Pop Punk Band from Ipswich, England. The Band formed in 2008 at the age of twelve, rolling out old Pop Punk covers but have now acquired a good reptoire of their own music. On September 24, 2011, the band recorded their first E.P, titled the "You're Home" E.P - The band's first C.D, which included the three tracks - "You're Home", "What is the Truth?" and "No Money Left".
The Band have played a number of local gigs around their hometown of Ipswich, appearing at the Steamboat Tavern for various Halloween and Christmas gigs, whilst occasionally Supporting one of Ipswich's greatest Punk Rock Bands - 'Red Flag 77'. 2012 held a range of good opportunities for Back to the Point, appearing on ICR FM in March to Broadcast a live Radio session including two sets which presented a range of their newest records. The band performed at the Alive and V-Dubbin festival, Martlesham Music on the Green and the Brentwood Food and Arts Festival later in the year which spread the bands following.
The Band are currently writing their debut album, which is to be recorded in the Summer of 2013.
