BR Malls is the biggest integrated company of shopping malls of Latin America with participation in 50 shopping centers, totaling 1.5 million m² of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) total, bring 934.9 thousand m² of GLA itself. With 44.9% of participation average.

The shopping malls have added some 6 thousand stores that attracted some 400 million visitors in 2008. The malls where the BRMALLS have participation of 50% or more, represent 77% of the portifolio's company, with an average in these 12 shopping malls is 84%. Currently the company owned or have participation in 48 shopping malls.

The company is the only sector with its national presence in all regions of Brazil, caters to all different social classes.

The majority shopping center malls of BR Malls are located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the city where the company is headquarters.

The company have many competitors such as Multiplan, Aliansce Shopping Centers, General Shopping, Sonae Sierra Brasil and others.
