Actually it does meet WP:RU/N, it is a rugby club from a Tier 1 nation that plays in a recognised national competition run by the nation's union. FruitMonkey (talk) 20:44, 18 May 2012 (UTC)
  • Keep per FruitMonkey. The Welsh Rugby Union is a Tier 1 union and even through this is a division 3 team, it plays in a national competition. --Guerillero | My Talk 03:23, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

:Delete Doesn't meet WP:RU/N. WRU Division Three South East is a regional league not a national Gnevin (talk) 09:41, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

Keep until the guidelines can be tidied Gnevin (talk) 15:41, 18 June 2012 (UTC)

  • Delete: This pretty obviously does NOT meet WP:RU/N; the club explicitly plays in a regional league. I am hard pressed as to how the Keep proponents are misreading the clear text of the guideline. Ravenswing 19:42, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
  • Delete per WP:RU/N and WP:GNG. Club lacks notability. --Bob247 (talk) 20:05, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
  • Note: What is clearly needed here is a understanding of what a 'national' competition is, because it appears to be part of some confusion. Fairwater play each year for the WRU Challenge Cup. That is a national competiton. Also by stating that regional leagues (although part of a national structure) do not count, then you are stating that only the four modern regional clubs in Wales fit notability from your definitions. This needs to be seriously reviewed before we start mass deletion of rugby clubs. FruitMonkey (talk) 09:52, 17 June 2012 (UTC)

*Comment Appears to meet WP:RU/N point 4 provided an administrator, player or coach of a High Performance Union Gnevin (talk) 15:45, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
