ALCIDES HERNANDEZ, PHD Born in Sulaco, Honcuras March 7, 1950, moved to Tegucigalpa, Honduras at an early age. He graduated with an accounting degree and worked at INFOP, Professional Training Institute, and SAHAH. Dr. Hernandez attended, UNAH first, as a civil engineering student to transfer to economics graduating first of his class in 1982 with a Masters in Economic Development. His work was presented in a very known book in honduras "El Neoliberalismo en Honduras"Reference in Stanford University Library.
