1000 NICKS is an Argentine indie rock band that formed in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The group consists of Daniel Cabello (guitar and vocals), Germán Lucentini (guitar and vocals), Marcelo Nasra (bass and vocals) and Martín Soto (drums). The band is well known for its composing and performing heterogeneity. It also reveals the influence of artists such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Cult, Bob Marley, Coldplay and Stevie Ray Vaughan among others.

Currently, 1000 NICKS combines classic rock and funk guitars, vocal harmonies from the 1960s with elements of reggae and blues; moving slightly away from the soul-influenced style characteristic of the debut album, 1000 NICKS released in 2001.

In 2009, 1000 NICKS recorded their second album, Tobogán Al Éxito and started shooting the feature film of the same name.
