"Joe Cool" is the second single by Australian rock band band Girl Monstar. It was released in 1990 and reached #1 on Australia's independant charts.

Both tracks were produced, arranged and engineered by Kevin Shirley. Assistant engineers were Peter Lees and Miranda McCauley. Mastered by Leon Zervos. Recorded at Sing Sing Studios in Richmond, Victoria. Mixed at Rich Studios in Sydney. This was to be the debut recording of Anne McCue who wrote and sung the B-Side track 'Egomaniac'. The single was released on blue vinyl. Girl Monstar performed the song'Joe Cool' on the Australian Television Music Program Countdown Revolution.
