Irish writing Magazine is a now defunct publication. It published poetry and short stories by new and upcoming Irish writers. It's first instance was from 1946-54. It was managed by David Marcus[1] With Terence Smith and SJ White. When it ceased publication David Marcus went on to manage 'New Irish Writing' In the Irish Press Newspaper.
