Overview

The Center for Non Profit Excellence (CNPE) is a non-profit group founded in 1999 to help Louisville area non-profits network, develop their organizations, and better serve the needs of the community.[1]

Mission

The mission of CNPE is to serve regional nonprofits in their quest for excellence and efficiency through education, consultation, and services for their staff, volunteers, and board members.


History

The Center was founded in 1999 on behalf of Louisville Metro United Way, Donor's Forum and Louisville city government. Kevin Connelly was appointed Founding Director, and still serves as CNPE's Executive Director today.[2]

CNPE is currently located at 3640 Dutchmans Lane, Louisville, KY 40205. The office is open 9-5, M-F and can be reached at (502) 315 2673.
