The Borcher Method is a demensionless spreadsheet that is used in Call Center Technology as a measure of offer under-time or carried under-time on service-providing elements, such as Aspect or IEX.

For example: A single agent has the capacity to be used for 60 minutes in one hour. If one hundred six-hours of "under-time" are available for a given internal then the total formula in the hours is 3 decimal forty two or 10 Borchers.

The formula provides the GoS (Grade of Service) which is the probability of Pb that an agent arriving at work will be given under-time before their shift is complete.
